  I would like to submit some recipes for beer
Table of books by Golovkova "Kitchen without secrets."

  The recipe first.


                 Black crackers


  For one loaf of rye bread ("Orel", "Borodino") - 3-4 cloves 
garlic, 2 tbsp. spoon of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 4 tbsp. 
spoon sunflower oil.


  Loaf of bread cut into cubes 2 cm vykladyvayutih into a 
spacious bowl, pour plenty of salt and minced garlic, then fry 
in a skillet over sunflower oil, stirring frequently to avoid

scorched.


  Recipe second.

                     Shrimp


  Frozen shrimp before cooking gently thawed at room 
temperature. After this is washed in cold water and then placed 
in boiling water and spices and cook for 8 -10 minutes.


  2 kg of shrimp - 3 liters of water, 4 tbsp. tablespoons 
coarse salt, 1 parsley root, 1 onion, 1 bay leaf, 4-5 peas of 
black pepper, 2-3 pea allspice, a pinch of grated nutmeg nut, 2 
dried cardamom, 2 cloves. 

  Serve shrimp hot.


  Third.

    Pork leg with sauerkraut in German


  On 2 small pork legs - 350 g of purified
green peas, 1 kg of sauerkraut, 1 onion, a few juniper berries, 
1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon marjoram, salt to taste.


  Peas plucked and prmyvayut in cold water, and
then add oregano and salt and boil until soft. Pork legs, well 
washed, boiled a small amount of water with onion, bay leaf, 
juniper berries for 1 hour. Then put in a pot sauerkraut and 
pork on top legs and boil for at least another half hour. Peas

rub through a sieve, spread on a dish together
with sauerkraut and pork legs.

  Served with mustard.


  Well, everything. As of today, perhaps, enough snacks.
