THE CACHE WOULD BE KEPT IN ITSELF WHEN THE COMPUTER POWER IS TURNED OFF
RECORDED INFORMATION OVER WEEKS...MONTHS??? WHAT,
IT'S NOT A BAD IDEA!..' - THAT'S WHAT WE THOUGHT BEFORE
HOW THE IMPROVEMENT WAS DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED
'BATTERY FOR CACHE'. ITS ENTIRE ESSENCE IS THAT
WHEN THE COMPUTER IS TURNED OFF, THE CIRCUIT AUTOMATICALLY COMES INTO EFFECT
FOR SELF-POWERED UKPOCXEM(S) CACHE; AND WHEN IS THE COMPUTER AGAIN
TURN ON, THE CIRCUIT GOES TO MODE IF NECESSARY
CHARGERS. THUS, THE INFORMATION WENT ONCE INTO THE AREA
CACHE WILL BE COXPAHHA UNTIL THE BATTERY LEAKS :).
THE SCHEME IS NOT VERY COMPLEX, IT IS IN THE SCREEN FILES(CIRCUIT DIAGRAM + PRINTED BOARD) IN THE NEWSPAPER APPENDIX. PRINCIPLE
THE WORK IS THAT WHEN THE COMPUTER REACHES
OF A CERTAIN VOLTAGE (LIMIT), THE CIRCUIT TRANSFERS
CHIP(S) OF CACHE IN THE MODE OF SAVING INFORMATION BY CS2 INPUT
(2B LEG OF CACHE).
PART OF THE CIRCUIT CONSISTING OF TRANSISTORS VT1 AND VTC, CAPACITOR
C1, IS INTENDED TO WHEN THE COMPUTER IS TURNED ON
DELAY THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE DURING INSTALLATION AND AVOID
DAMAGE TO INFORMATION IN THE CACHE DURING TRANSIENT PROCESSES
NUTRITION.
WHEN THE COMPUTER POWER IS TURNED OFF (WHEN POWER REACHES CH.S
VOLT AND BELOW) VT2, VTZ AND VD1 COME INTO WORK, WHICH FAST
PUT THE CACHE CHIP(S) INTO STORAGE MODE. GO TO MODE
CACHE STORAGE IS SELECTED BY RF RESISTOR.

OTHER TRANSISTORS CAN BE USED IN THE DESIGN. DIODES
VD2, VDZ IT IS DESIRED TO USE EXACTLY DZ1O, BECAUSE ON THEM
SMALLVOLTAGE DROP (OUT OF ALL THE BEST I HAVE, NOT
FOUND). Zener diode VD1 IS DESIRED TO USE KS1SBB (DUE TO
ITS SMALL SIZE), BUT OTHERS FOR S, B VOLTS WILL BE SUITABLE.
PRINTED BOARD DIMENSIONS - 13X3B MM. CONDUCTING TRACKS
LOCATED ON THE TOP. TRANSISTORS ARE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOARD, AND ALL
THE REST OF THE DETAILS ARE ON THE TOP. BOARD IS INSTALLED ON TOP
CACHE CHIP(S) AND IS DIRECTLY SOLDERED TO ITS LEGS.

SETTING UP MAINLY COMES TO SELECTION OF THE RESISTOR OF THE RF
VOLTAGES FOR TRANSFERING CACHE CHIP(S) TO STORAGE MODE. I HAVE
THIS VOLTAGE IS SELECTED, EQUAL TO H.S VOLTS (CAN BE SELECTED FROM H TO
Ch.SV).
THIS CIRCUIT CONSUMES FROM THE ZOO BATTERY IN STORAGE MODE
MKA. IF YOU INCREASE THE RESISTANCE RATINGS G2, GS AND ESPECIALLY GB,
THEN CURRENT CONSUMPTION FROM THE BATTERY CAN BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED (I
I EXPERIMENTED - I REACHED A CURRENT CONSUMPTION BELOW 1OO MCA).
