News - presentation of SIBERIAN PARTY 2000.

 The main news of this issue is this. B
Novosibirsk, 21 and August 22, 1999,
a cool party of spektrumists took place
calledSIBERIAN PARTY . Onparty not

necessary. The Siberian spectrum just gathered

In two days, party was attended by 26
people from five cities Siberia. Full

   First of all, no one from the AREAsoft group
was on the second daySiberian party,and descriptions-
