     This newspaper is intended for
communication between users of Minsk ZX-Net. If
talk about the goals of publishing a modem newspaper,
then only one thing can be said here: so that
 SPECCY in Minsk has not died down, it is required
constant communication between users. And
such communication is provided by ZX-Net, in
together with this newspaper.
   By joining ZX-Net users,
you will not only feel the simplicity
communication, but you will also be aware of the most
latest news, and you can also
roll up a lot of new toys for yourself and

Why is Spectrum thriving in Russia? That's all
only because they have their own ZX-Net, and

Everyone there knows each other, if not

     As "NEONSOFT" said in an interview
