  Hello, dear Sinclairists, residents of Nizhny Novgorod
region and surrounding areas.   Today we bring to your attention
We present a new monthly electronic publication published by
in Dzerzhinsk (a small but nice town near Nizhny
Novgorod) under the name "THE WORLD IN THE WEB" or simply "THE
WEB".  The idea of creating this newspaper came to us after a short
parties of the most prominent Sinclairites of our city, at which
important problems of further development of spec-
trom-compatible machines in our region. First came the
proposal to place material in our magazine "Virtual Worlds", but
unfortunately, we do not have time to complete the shell in the allotted time
(today it is 90% ready), and therefore the decision was made

preparation time for "Virtual Worlds".
