     Программируемый генератор звуков
AY-3-8910/8912 (ISG) фирмы General
8 sounds maker AY-3-8910 and
AY-3-8912.
   ISG 8910/8912 pin assignment:
DAO-DA7 - data/address (input/output) used
            used for data exchange
            with microprocessor in mode
data, and in combination with DAO-
DAZ - number of selected re-
            hyster in address mode.
CS1 and CS2 are chip selection inputs. Time
            solves data exchange when
            feeding them "1" and "0"
            accordingly.
RESET - when “0” is applied, the entire register
            first memory area
            resets to zero. Stocked
            internal retaining resist-
            torus
CLOCK - input for clock supply
            frequency that sets the time
            tone generator parameters,
            noise and envelope.
BDIR - (bus direction) determines
 direction of data exchange
            DAO-DA7 bus. "0" - reading,
            "1" is a record.
BC1 and BC2 - (bus control 1,2) uses -
            to control all buses
            nal operations in ISG.

     ISG is case-sensitive
sound generator. Its functions are
are filled through 16 internal re-
gisters. The register number is set to 4 low-
small bits when issuing the command "fix-
address" and remains valid until
receiving a command to change this address.

The main thing when working with ISG is re-
hyster 7. Its main purpose is to determine
decide which channels should participate in
sound formation and determine the direction
exchange of input/output ports.

When setting the value in the registers
we are 16, amplitude inchannel controlled
built-in, common for all three channels,
envelope generator. Selecting the type of bending -
and its attenuation is carried out in the re-
gistre 13.
bit 0 - attenuation bit 1 - change
bit 2 - rising bit 3 - continuation
