 Today an experiment was carried out with a telephone exchange.
 It turned out that when dialing a combination of numbers: 80152252150 ATS
 produces long beeps. Experiments continue.

                              Tomorrow

 It seems that the 18th Lprint should be released tomorrow, but since it
 as usual, it will most likely be late, you can find out the schedule
 BBS (those that provided it, which means they will work
 100%) from tomorrow's NEXT newspaper. Anyway
 in one of the following issues you will find comments on
 given Lprint number. It remains to be hoped that the number
 collisions after the release of this issue will not exceed them
 number after the release of Lprint #17.

                              Rules

 Another amendment to the rules for publishing the NEXT newspaper has been adopted
 (by the way, at the request of A. Nikiforov): if there are more than 10 numbers
 done in a row by one author, the newspaper is automatically considered
 liquidated due to violation of the idea of objectivity and
 independence.
