 A few minutes ago I ended a telephone conversation with
 Pavel Yakubovich (VfNG) - editor-in-chief of the Echo newspaper
 (Brest).  This is what became known: “Echo is alive,” said
 P. Yakubovich.  "The only reason for the delay in release is that
 that I'm down now!" - he added. "The main reason is
 Spectrum breakdown (now being repaired) and lack of 5-inch
 disk drives on my Pentium." To my question, what is your opinion?

 Interesting details aboutcommercial implementation of Echo#3:
 the newspaper was sold to Logros for $20, but the VfNG never received any money
 received. Max Iwamoto, on whom hopes were pinned
