Наконец-то, через четыре месяца я собрал, таки, новую
версию своего редактора.
Спасибо всем, кто присылает пожелания, советы и т.п. по
Modern'y. Все, что вы предлагаете я реализоватьI hardly can
especially since advice often contradicts each other ;).
But little by little the editor will get better, wait for the next one
version...

- the overlay procedure has been finally changed - no
external plug-ins. The menu name has been changed accordingly
on utility.

Sorts the lines of the _labeled_block_ alphabetically

+ text formatting is 2 times faster! About the process
formatting is indicated by the flickering of the 'Command' text.
By pressing the break key for a long time, the process can be interrupted.
+ via setup you can switch the tab mode (ss+space):
as code (standard) - code 9 is set in the text;
as space - in the text, depending on the tab width variable,
the required number of spaces is set.
c+ via the command line using the "M" key
