 NetSpec

The entire plan is called NetSpec. How can this be understood? Twofold -
this is both the Speck Network and Speck on the Network. Actually, goals and objectives too 
must be divided: in the first case, it is an organization of those who
does something in the form of moral and ideological help to each other, and
also advertising of what is produced and assistance (possibly
centralized) in distribution.  Products supported
any - from programs, graphics and music - to hardware,
journalism and websites.   The second part - Spec on the Web -
involves the creation of a software and hardware complex for
integration into the Internet, as well as engaging in real Spec
niches on the global network, including the creation of a search engine
on ZX sites.  This part of the plan is based on commercial

creating such a complex alone is unrealistic, therefore: to the masses

small modular tasks, payment for which will be
