Who are they? - in Volgograd and Volzhsky, the two largest cities of the Volgograd region, a number of direct anti-fascist actions took place.

Starting from the winter of 1999, in Volgograd and Volzhsky, two
largest cities of the Volgograd region, a number of events took place
anti-fascist direct action.

 Pogrom at PHE headquarters.

Anti-fascists and anarcho-punks numbering about 25 people in
Saturday, December 25th, the Volgograd headquarters of the RNU was attacked,
located on Parkhomenko Street, 47. Everything was filmed
journalists from television and aired on Monday. Visible
it was like punks with disguised faces were hammering lamps, windows and
furniture.
After all, a Barkashov man in a black shirt ran out of the headquarters and
began performing in front of the camera, grabbing one punk with a bandana on
person who gave an interview after the action: “Well, that’s it, this punk stands for everything
will pay."  After that, two of the punk's friends recaptured him from the fascist and
sprayed him in the face from a gas canister, after which
retreated.
In principle, this action should have been carried out a long time ago, when these
Barkashov's scum appeared in the city. This time the reason for
The attack was prompted by the refusal of the Frolov authorities to conduct a night
New Year's Eve session.  The mayor of the city of Frolovo was tensed by some
local national patriots, and heeasily shared their opinion,
saying that “we don’t need non-Russian music,” meaning
punk rock.
Now, if this was a night concert of Russian folk
tools, then you are always welcome. And so
the punks, having never left for Frolovo, rushed to the locals
"patriots" to visit.
Nobody needs our music except ourselves. Our culture
foreign to them.
They denied us the right to exist, but that doesn't stop the punks
became less.

This, one might say, is the first serious action against PHE in
Volgograd region.
