Programming competition
Competition for schoolchildren-programmers under an unknown name
(sometime between 1992-1993). I date it on the basis that I have
there was no disk drive back then (it appeared in 1993, judging by the date on
disc release iS-CHESS 48,in which I participated).
Any work for any platform was allowed. Works were sent
by mail as a listing. I set the programANIMATORto
BASIC - a program for creating unpackaged animation frame by frame
frame. The limitation in it was, it seems, 160 frames (each
occupied 256 bytes). As reportedNick (Nikolai Medvedev),competition
was covered on local television, and they said that my
the program could not be launched (maybe there was no necessary
platform, but rather due to the fact that the keys were polled
via IN without masking insignificantbits). Exhibited and
The simplest programs like drawing a snowman from circles.
The winner is unknown. My program was not saved on the tape,
but with the advent of the disk drive, I wrote it again. For disk
version I drew two animations about a man climbing onto
skittles, but they also did not survive. Only preserved
micro-animation with an inscription - I don’t remember who it was intended for.

All-Russian Open Festival of Animated Films
7th All-Russian Open Festival of Animated Films (1994)
It is known that the prize-winner (the prize was called "Maly Polkan"
(http://www.pilot-film.com/index.php?id=13)) was Mikhail Tumelya,
and the film itself - "ASSA!" (1992) (as part of the collection "LIFT-4" )
(http://www.suzdalfest.ru/index.php?р=photo&уеаг=1997). Now
this festivalheld in Suzdal (in 2008 - 14th), before that -
in Tapyce. How did he end up in Ryazan and how many times did it happen -
unknown. At that time I watched almost all the programs of GTRK "Oka",
but I didn’t see anything about this festival there. You can ask yourself

Hacker Competition
Hacker competition (1994?-1997?) - competition for schoolchildren-programmers
at Institute of Advanced Training for Teachers (later the Institute
development of education). Programs for any platforms (computer
you could bring your own). The competition was held at the beginning of the year,
participants appeared in person.
In the region of 1994/1995, Alexey Bugrov and
Nikolai Medvedev (Nick) (possibly in different years), both on
ZX Spectrum platform. What Bugrov exhibited, I don’t have him
asked (later it became known that he was developing an assembler,
but he didn’t distribute anything and didn’t show it to me). It is known that
Nick won a competition with a game on the ZX Spectrum (prize - wrist
hours). The game was not saved, the author himself erased it from his disks (from
there were only 5 or 6 of them), without writing them off to me. Represented
a fight with a huge number of movement phases. I only saw
pre-competition version, where the computer opponent was not displayed
(but acted).
I participated in a competition in 1996 with a font editor"FONT
2.06". The computer was then provided by Alexey Bugrov. More on
ZX Spectrum participated that year Dmitry Privalov (with editor
sprites, strongly reminiscent of examples from the Kapulcevich book
"How to write a game in assembly language"). Some other guys
launched a network game for BC-0010. Won in 1996 Alexey
Malistov,at that time known as a regular Olympic medalist in
various subjects (for example:
http://www.pereplet.ru/obrazovanie/stsoros/142.html). His game
was written on a PC and was not shown to other participants.
The works were evaluated by a jury using some unknown system
counting points (for example, after my participation in the competition, I
I learned that having printed documentation added points).
The organizers did not copy their own work (at least not mine)
copied). Apparently they were not preserved. The results are nowhere
were posted and not sent out, and were known only by rumors. B
In 1997, the program competition was no longer held; instead,
game competitionCore War.This year's winner is me
not known. I didn't make it on time that day, I just brought
paper with your virus for Core War (or two?) and attached it
to the door.
Google: "hacker competition Ryazan", "programmer competition
Institute for Educational Development Ryazan" - not a single relevant one
links. WITHthere is no connection with the institute (it doesn’t even have a website), with
Medvedev, too,PrivalovI saw only at the competition,
the only possible connecting link is Bugrov (via Mikhail
Klinkovsky (Crutch) ). If Alexey Malistovhere

Computer graphics competition at RGRTA
Computer graphics competition at RGRTA (now RGPTU). It is known
that the competition existed around 1999/2001, I studied there then, but
was not involved and is known to have existed in 2006/2007 when
Vladislav Konstantinov (SwordLord) took part in it withwork

It is unknown where to find the results. The works were judged by a jury
(teachers and several invited people). One of the prizes
there was a set of markers.
Enter Activity
Virtual art festival Enter Activity/Enter-activity
(2002 and 2003). Held at the end of the year. We know about 2002
only that the competition is going to be held:

Since 2003 there is a festival status, results
(http://trackers.fmf.ru/music/res.php?list=era2k3) and twotelevision filmof the television company "Ryazan Region", which was
the organizer of the festival (it seems the most important). There are in films
fragments of works (perhaps these are not fragments, but entire works,
but the beginning of the videos is partially covered by frames on the left and bottom).
The organization of the festival in 2003 was associated with the attempts of me and
Slashintroduce ZX Spectrum competitions - unsuccessful, and therefore
the Ryazan Spectrum community boycotted the festival, that is
did not physically show up there. There were also television competitions
screensavers, commercials, 2D graphics. No work
published. There is no connection with"Ryazan Region".
