The digital encryption given in ACN#12 turned out to be not the most convenient─
bnoy for reading. Probably the wrong starting point was taken -
bourgeois telephone sets. With a different partition system
reading becomes much easier!  You can come to her
as follows.  Imagine that the Russian language has become
Hawaiian, or the Pirahna language, or even worse - what is left in it
9 letters:

After all, in Russian you can write with only 9 (nine) letters instead of 33 
- three vowels (a, e, u) and six consonants (k, l, n, p, s, 
t). And not using Morse code, but using three simple rules 
about identification, doubling and palatization. 
1. a=o, e=s=th, v=y, p=f, w=s, g=z, k=x, c=h. 
2. The letter is doubled for voicing or in the cases nn=m, ll=p, 
ee=and, aa=o. 
3. Additional (in addition to pronunciation) letter e to the right of 
a consonant softens this consonant: for example, sh turns into sh. 
True, this process cannot be automated: the fact is that 
existing Russian orthography is focused specifically on 
Cyrillic letter set. And the new spelling has to 
restore directly from pronunciation, taking into account the best 
readability and with an eye for ambiguity.

You can also replace the letter e with i, in this case ii=e, probably 
is not possible, but for clarity, pure e can sometimes be written using 
ia. Consonants can also be allowed to be specified to reduce 
ambiguity: 
w not only s, but also sk, 
not only se, but also ske, 
h not only ts, but also tse, 
x not only k, but also ks, 
f not only p, but also pk, 
Well not only ss, but also ssk. 

A completely viable alphabet. It may even be that piranhas 
the savages were simply let down with the alphabet - they were given fewer letters than they had 
sounds in the language. 

I'm afraid this trick won't work for the English language (oral).
