corporation to initiate production of the newspaper.

man, Oleg Krotov - the author of philosophical reflection, 
poet, artist, music lover, a lover of the Spectrum. Since

      Somewhere in the middle of summer 1997 in
crept into our minds with seditious idea: rather than
we are worse at least the same in Moscow or St. Petersburg,

and our city is not? Well, our hands are not the place or

programmers, but rather the writers. That's where the dog is 
buried!

difficulties and trouble, the idea is still alive, and I
I hope and even believe that spekkovtsy Altai will be a worthy 
edition.
