FT'98: Gfx Compo - Review gfx-works with Fun Top'a.

  I think readers have already guessed: it
to the so-called "samples of fine art" size 6912 bytes
represented "the court of public" on
Festival FunTop'98.

  Imagine the joy of anticipation:
welcome Pictures, finally obtained, it remains only to remove 
them from the archive! 

  Alas, in vain, I languished in the waiting ...

  Compared with Enlight'97 level of performance, to regret, was 
much lower. No, I'm not saying that all of the current work was 
bad. Among them there were also very high quality. But the 
"fragrant" fly in this barrel is clearly shifted. 

  Honestly, the impression that
the submitted work previously viewed by no one. But in
some cases this was a must! Take, for example, work
"FUNTOPBS": I think, FunTop'98 - barely
a good place to work, quite simply, a pornographic nature. What,
in fact, feeling like the author to express
this work? Their concerns? "

  And yet it is worth recalling the prohibition of the migrated 
from other platforms graphics, which, however, was leaked to 
the competition. 

  In general, the work was quite varied.
Some - on abstract themes, others - similar to someone's 
promotional booth. Some - in the entire screen, while others - 
in the midst of his, recalling rather the logo of the author. 
Have been working as colored and black and white.


  Dosyc tego! Not as much as we
would, but worthy of attention all the same
there. I hope you have been able to see them.
If not - remove as soon as possible and
review. Certainly among them you find something that will have 
your taste. Here I you are not an adviser: the tastes, as you 
know, do not argue.


  So, congratulated the winners and wish
them all the best, and most importantly - for further
success!

  Incidentally, this applies to all other participants. The 
most important thing - not to win but to participate! 

  And I want to say a few words to those
whose works were not included in the competition because of an 
unfortunate misunderstanding. Do not despair! I sincerely hope 
that there will be FunTop'99, and behind him - and FunTop'2000! 
So take into account the same mistakes and will make all our 
efforts to ensure that in future all the trouble

were excluded from our already complicated life!
