   Took one more week and we meet again in the pages
our newspaper. This week certainly will go down in the history 
of the modem connection for SPECCY. February 3rd round table 
our sysops decided to restore order and unite in a sufficiently 
large network - ZXNet. Been issued and approved by the Charter 
of the network. I strongly advise read (he went into a "reader" 
as ON LINE). But, since as sysops at the meeting were far from 
everything (besides only This week, add three BBS), a list of
