   It all started with those long and memorable day, when I
met with the CAAC-2, and then there were different types of 
home-made RC-86, ZX SPECTRUM and similar offspring of unbridled 
enthusiasm for Russian rights. As you recall, in those days 
homeland does not rife with detailed information on various 
computer platforms, and even touch them was not easy, 
especially the IBM PC. 

   In the future, acquainted with this most MS
I did not just come up with the idea of ​​a certain slowness and
strange behavior of the wayward creatures. But I was driving 
these thought, pushed me around events. And around

there were significant events - the words of MS and computers 
themselves filled not only the pages of newspapers and 
magazines, but also numerous businesses and offices. Gradually, 
it became commonplace and natural as chewing gum.


   But again and again I visited the "seditious" thoughts: "And 
what - Other computers do not exist? "


   And so, in 1993, going once to visit Eugene
Stepanov, known to me since the Spectrum days, I saw
on his desk is something seemingly ordinary and unremarkable, 
with the inscription "AMIGA 2000".


   With simplicity and ease of a child, I asked him: - Eugene,
is that, once an IBM-compatible PC.?

   At that sounded Answer: Well ... ALEXEI! YOU FIRST LOOK

   Surprised by such an abundance of emotions, I decided to 
look ... and that I saw? -Amazing graphics, but when I heard 
the sound! (A I must tell you that music for me all my life had 
a tremendous value, we can say that it formed the one of me as

individual events, and the sound quality I've always been very
picky.)

   I'll skip the part of the emotions I had mastered at the 
moment, but I will only say that it was one of the best 
experiences of computers in general. And when I learned that 
the clock frequency CPU only 7 MHz, the doubly filled with 
respect for this little miracle. After leaving Eugene, I 
remembered a long time seen and heard.


   Just at that time in front of me was a question about 
purchasing any computer, and somehow I do not really want to 
think about MS.


   Remembering what they saw Amiga, I called Stepanov and heard
that he can sell me on this computer. Tortured him with 
questions about support, compatibility, and all that can

ask people who saw unusual computer only once, I
agreed!

   And then, finally, AMIGA 2000 was at my house. Connecting it 
to conventional color TV, I started dating. The first thing that

I had to understand - this machine in all its manifestations
created for man and is designed for intuitive use of it.
Starting with the loading and up to the start of something, 
could not to touch the keyboard and floppy copy files

"Please wait" or "Tape loading error" caused such a storm
conflicting emotions! Members ZX SPECTRUM understand me.

   Now imagine that I would have done if it would stand
PC with the same amount of documentation in German? I
talking about here is just that this system is simple and
Has naturally been a convenient tool for me to work. When

   So, IBM PC download your sea of ​​additional problems and
problems (including, and material), almost without deciding set
in front of him. These are not empty words. Simply, reseeding 
on the Amiga, I realized that it was a nightmare. Only then I 
understood why I not at all attracted to the RS. My intuitive 
sense acquired form specific facts and events. My work in the 
operating system Amiga computer (it is called WorkBench) held

simply and naturally. Problems arose only when on
I wanted something simpler and more understandable than I
expected.

   And so it passed my work with the Amiga computer. Of course,
I spent a lot of time for games. Yes, and how it was possible 
to pass by games such as Settlers and Cannon Fodder. Imagine

any device computer.


   Apparently, the reason for this lies in the fact that, 
despite the modest technical specifications (at the time - the 
Motorola 68000 processor, 7 MHz., 1 MB of memory, one floppy 
disk drive), the machine is almost not shackled me to work. Of 
course, I have not tried to work with Light Wave system and 
three-dimensional graphics, but I will say that adding another 
2 MB of memory and put the hard drive capacity of 46 MB, I 
launched Mortal Kombat II (PC users will understand me). This 
Work does not resemble the work of road-rollers-all the 
characters were moving at normal speed and most importantly, 
with smoothness and beauty! Of course, there a lot depends on 
the skill the programmer who wrote the program, but the 7 MHz! 
Imagine Intel 8088 7 MHz and you'll understand what I mean! 
And, in general, answer yourself this question - whether it is 
possible to work normally on PC only with floppy disks?! I've 
spent with the Amiga in the configuration no hard drive for 
over a year, while the car is very much exploited, and not just 
for games. 

   It was in the first six months of work, I encountered a 
musical editors and, as a result of my first tests and 
experiments, realized that I should give serious attention to 
music. After a time there were synthesizers, MIDI-interface, 
and another six months first finished an album with 
instrumental music. All this I talk a lot will not. Let me just 
say that thanks to computer Amiga, I've written two musical 
album lyric instrumental music. It is on the Amiga, I became a 
composer. 

   Once again returning to the issue the IBM PC and AMIGA want
