   International Festival of Computer Art "FunTop98"
held in Moscow on August 22 at the premises of Experimental
secondary school number 91 of the Russian Academy
Education, located at: ul. Cook,
d. 14.


   This is the first event in Russia this kind, and entirely
entirely devoted to computer ZX-Spectrum. The main objectives
Festival - to establish contacts between producers,
exchange of ideas, presentations of new games and software 
programs competitions with the winners being awarded cash 
prizes. 


   To visit the Festival, you must first
send a request by one of the addresses specified in Section
"Contact information". Those interested may send their
photograph - it will be used for registration cards,
you can get at the entrance.


   Entrance to the Festival of charge, estimated cost - 30
rubles (new money). To register in advance price
Admission to 1.5 times lower. The proceeds will be
used to reward winners and
cover organizational expenses.


   At the Festival will open trade in software, where you not

              Common rules of competition



   By tradition, the Festival will be held contests work in the 
following categories: demo, music and graphics.



   From the same author / group of the competition shall not 
exceed one work in each category. If the work is

the result of collective creativity, rather the presence of
at least one representative of the group. If there are 
exceptional good reason (to go away, illness, exams, problems

   Work submitted to the contest must be sent

accompanied by information about authors and the work itself

the work will be adopted only in exceptional circumstances and 
if they allow circumstances, except for works in the category 
of "Demo" - them you can bring directly to the Festival if the 
work is gradually completed in the last minute. However, this 
situation is regarded as an extreme case, the price of 
admission for participants privozyaschih their work directly to 
the Festival, without sending them in advance, even with

carried out pre-selection jury of authoritative, composed of

works will be shown out of competition, if guests and the 
Festival participants will express a desire for something, and

whatever reason do not wish to include their works in the 
collection and subsequent distribution of their works, they 
should notify the Organizing Committee in advance, preferably

   During a contest works viewers will have to choose
three favorite and award them one to three points,
noting it on the form for voting. The photographers who took
the first three places on the number of points will be declared
winners and awarded prizes.

   Work will be displayed on the computer next

                        Graphics compo



   Prohibited by a digitized or converted from other platforms
graphics, as well as his own arrangements of foreign works. In

                         Music compo



   Allowed only on interrurt musical compositions

competition due to difficulty in determining their originality.


   Works are accepted in compiled under the address # C000

"Play", "stop" or at least indicating the music editor, which 
was written composition. The absence of these information is 
allowed only in extreme cases, if the author does not possess 
knowledge of computer. Highly desirable to bring and source 
(not compiled) version of the song. If you are using a 
non-traditional means of creating music (for example, own music 
editor) - vezite them with you. 


   Maximum play time - 3 minutes.
