Tips - A call to Minsk and the rates for long-distance calls.

Hello, SPECTRUM-compliant people! This article I am writing 
after very long fun! Now at least 4 hours at night.

minute. 601-1200 km in the daytime: 4500 rubles per minute 
(!!!) evening: 1500 rubles per minute (!) On weekends and 
holidays around the clock 750 rubles per minute .(!!!!) 
Further, I think you should not publish the rest of the data 
because I and these not exactly remember. But the third answer

Evening: 18:00-08:00 Clock: 00:00-24:00 (!!?)
