                     OPENING REMARKS



           Good afternoon, morning or evening to everyone who 
reads this text. You see in front of another, the fifth number 
of electronic Newspaper POWER. As promised, was replaced by the 
shell, and hence and newspapers have had their face. True, I 
saw one here a newspaper, X-RAY is said that something similar 
exists between the POWER X-RAY, but there and differences,
