       Hello. Welcome you from the pages of the first
_permskoy_ electronic newspaper THE NATURAL! Olden Speccy is 
experiencing difficult times in our city (at least to me so it 
seems). And periodic publications can help us change the 
situation. First of all, with the help of THE NATURAL is 
possible to find out that our brother should Owned -

decide: Do I need someone in our city Spectrum? If yes (I hope

crisis.

process these data and may publish them in NATURAL.

THE NATURAL is made entirely for you. And I, most of its Chief 
Editor, Sir Ilias, I will with great pleasure to listen to the 
voice of the people. This statement can be understood as 
follows: newspaper just created, and if you have any interesting

ideas to improve the content of the newspaper, the introduction 
of new sections / categories, if you have a desire to 
participate in the process a newspaper, if you are willing to 
assume maintenance of any section - you are welcome! Contact

       As you have noticed, the shell is made in the newspaper
very ascetic style - is the fee for the speed. Although I
actually I'm trying to write something more friendly, and
perhaps convenient, but instead of the normal viewer'ov, went
