The question is certainly interesting ;)
So, what does z80 emulation with RISC processor microinstructions give us?

Purely economically:
1) greater freedom for hard makers and soft makers - they make the architecture as
_they need_, and not as someone decided for them in California :)
2) and the price of the board will be lower, if only because in addition to the
processor, other devices are emulated: video controller, music controller,
arithmetic controller, IDE controller, etc. etc. Those. if in PC-X everything
is aimed at “squeezing the power out of this chip to the fullest” - then we don’t
need it. We need to reduce the price as much as possible - one, accelerate the Spectrum
- two, ensure performance in advanced graphics modes - three,
and MOST IMPORTANTLY - ensure compatibility withprevious architectures -
four.
Therefore, if 1/5 of the miracle percent goes to the actual acceleration of the z80, mind you,
increasing its performance by 8-10 times compared to the Sprinter! and
20-25 times compared to Scorpio, and the remaining 4/5 will save money
hard makers (and, accordingly, I hope, buyers) on wiring/
production of printed circuit boards, on obtaining obsolete equipment,
everywhere discontinued - then the “price” will not seem too high.

Ideologically:

Independence and freedom! This will be the coveted Russian computer, which
was invented and manufactured in Russia! And besides, it’s quite “at the level”, because having
the performance of DX4-100 and higher on native Spectrum programs, you must agree,
is not so bad! Just don’t try to increase memory, create more caches
and generally chase the Beam architecture! After all, in this case it will turn out just
Bim-Bom with all the ensuing consequences.

Of all of the above, perhaps onlyfirst ;) ... because saving $300 on hardware and up to $1000 a year on SOFTWARE is very, very interesting for them. However, if software appears that is not on Bima, but
is quite “drool-generating”, then who knows, who knows ;)
And for EVERY school (30 computers) this already turns into savings of $10,000 on
hard and up to $5,000 on software (the latter, as you understand in the case of
civilized byte trading). Less only if they purchase
LAN, but this is a big expense for software.

implementiruyutsya na tom zhe mikrokomandnom processore gorazdo

Da, kstati, "RISC" i "mikrokomandnyi CPU" - eto dve bol'shie raznicy.
Nikogda ne upotreblyaite ix kak ekvivalenty, narod Vas podnimet na smex.
ARM - eto imenno RISC. Na nem nel'zya vshivat' novye komandy, po krainei
mere naskol'ko ya znayu. Na ARMe Vam pridetsya pisat' obychnyi emulyator -
ili perekoompilyaciei v ARM komandy, ili interpretaciei.
