If you want MORE people to read your newspapers, then turn off

repeatable Spectrum-scene central portals! I doubt it
that everyone will climb your sites and download your NEWSPAPERS.

Recently, due to the total cheapness of PCs, with all

   IMHO you have problems with your repertoire...
