 Hello everyone.  In one of the previous issues of our newspaper we
published an article about setting up a modem so that EMS works.
As a small survey of active users showed, those who recommended
dations were completed by about 60%, but only 5% achieved an EMS response to

   Well, now I’ll tell you in more detail about the revision. You need
just cut one track on the modem board, namely
coming from 8pin. m/s UD2 for 1 Call.LL1 and 2vyv. LP8. Cut it
it is necessary so that the connection between LL1 and LP8 is preserved. And then you need
place a jumper between 2 pins. and 12vyv. m/s LP8.
   And now the 4th bit will also be read as the 7th, by the author EMS
on the modem this is exactly the modification, and of course EMS is done
exactly for such a modem. This modification is done as on modems
ROBERT and on FARAON modems. Moreover, after it the connection is not possible-
maybe he will leave.
   By the way, on some ROBERT modems the board layout is completely
another.  The above modification can be done on a modem, where
8pin  UD2 is connected to 1Zvyv. LL1 and 2vyv. LP8, and 1Chvyv. UD2 soy-
dinyon with 12 pins LP8.
