computer magazine "NEWSpectrum"!

   It's a shame, but it's a fact: in Altai there is no
computer club, no computer
magazine...nothing.  There are only from-
working separately in various cities,
villages and villages enthusiasts of their favorite
our "ZX-Spectrum" who would like black
