Iron - I was baked with a fucking power supply. To be honest, the noise of its fan really annoyed me.

I have a spec with a power supply.

I got it pretty bad and I decided to fix it.

So, what is a PC cooler?  this is
frame with 4 mounting holes. in
coils are located in the center, on them
put on a cup with blades. inside

disassembly algorithm: disconnect the cooler
from the power supply (unsolder or remove
connector), wipe off dust and remove
paper sticker.   there will be under it

with a needle and remove the bullshit from
blades.   Now we wipe the axle and
drop a couple of drops of machine oil,
put the fastener in place and stick it on
paper and check. the noise decreases as
by at least 30%. but that's not enough :)
                                        
take a 1.5 kohm variable resistor and
solder it into a break in any wire
cooler power supply. turn on the power supply and
adjusting the variable resistor
achieve a reduction in rotation speed
cooler with minimal noise.  then
turn it off andturn on the power supply again.
There are two options.  the cooler will either spin
or not.  if not then try it
push.  it will spin, which means
it means it can't start.
so choose the optimal position
variable resistor, at which the cooler
spins with minimal noise, but
this starts reliably.               
                                        
Now you need to unsolder the variable resistor
less than 1 W, since it will heat up, and
Solder it into the wire break.  now
the cooler will rotate without much noise.
                                        
There is another option, see the diagram in
application.  when you turn on the power cooler
will start at normal rotation speed,
which will then decrease.                
                                        
considering the small current consumption,
we can assume that the cooler is in the block
You can turn off the power altogether. I personally
I did just that - all the radiators were a little
