 I think it’s no secret that in
this year  will be held next Demo
Party,  although  Demo - it's too little, it's
indeed -  computer festival
art.                                 
The festival is aimed at several peoplebko
computer platforms, and I thinkethen
wonderful!  Everyone will be able to look at
stage life of different platforms, nocmotertь
different works, listen to different music and
Of course, find new ideas for yourself.        
    Thisfestival  is no more
alternatives,because. other large party in
Russia no longer exists and perhaps never will exist!  
 Kazan  - venue party -
is, of course, not very convenient for
residents of different regions of Russia and neighboring countries
abroad, but I think with these problems
everyone can cope, because... similar
events happen only once a year,
and every visitor is eager to see there
your friends, acquaintances and like-minded peopleoc.

readers of our publication.               
Each of you is dear to us as a guest and
of course, as a participant in any nomination
at the festival.  My opinion -  arrive at
as a guest is the duty of each of you! 
 Spektrumist, it's almost like a brother.  Not
has neither a national characteristic norage!   Anyone will be perceived as
member of the same brotherhood.                    
                                          
    I think the rules of the festival are for you

01. Accepted for participation in the competition are:
    works created for platforms: Amiga,
    PC, ZX-Spectrum.                      
02. Works made for platforms Amiga and
    RS evaluated together.                
03. Competition in each nomination will be
    is carried out under the condition that there will benot
    less than two works.                     
04. Order of display of works in nominations
    will be determined by lot.            
05. All work must be done
    especially for CAFe'2003.             
06. Accepted only previously anywhere  not
    exhibited works.                
07. Packed works are allowedannae
archivers zip, rar, lha, lzx.      
08. Video cassettes presented on
    competitionwild demo,not for the authors
    are returning.                         
09. Participant who took the prize
    (1-3) in one of the nominations for
    competition, receives a prize.              
10. It is advisable to send your work in advance,
    for testing and checking for
    demo machines.                         
11. The deadline for submitting work is 60
    minutesbefore the competition.                    
12. Each participant must fill ini
