 So, the summary is complete!  We got great
 number of letters.   Many thanks to everyone who responded.  We
 carefully analyzed all the letters and came to the following
 conclusion!  First: The festival will definitely take place! We don't

 The festival will be postponed to July 6 - 7, 2002!!! We went to
 meeting people, since March is a cold month and many just
