More detailed and accordingly up-to-date information you can be found on our website http://twilight.org.ru Festival visitors must register and receive at the entrance an invitation badge with your initials. Cost registration is 2$ (3000 BLR) for two days and 1$ (1500 BLR) if only on the second day. For authors who will exhibit your work at the festival, the cost will be $1 (1500 BLR) regardless of the number of days. To all visitors festival registered via InterNet, FidoNet or ZXNet will be sent a discount card allowing you to receive discount when traveling by taxi in Grodno in the amount of 10%. Please Please note that there are no TICKETS as such at the festival there will be!!! In order not to attract attention from the Tax Service Inspections, OBEPetc. Therefore, the BADGE issued upon registration is a pass to the festival, and wearing it is mandatory!!! Competitions will be assessed on a 10-point system. Every competition will be on a separate Vote Sheet. After after completing the next competition, the sheets will be collected, and here votes will be counted. This system has proven itself as optimal and allows you to specifically save time when counting of votes. Therefore, we kindly request you to hand in the sheets with past competition immediately upon its completion, since by doing so you save time and nerves for the organizers and, accordingly, not there will be confusion and delays in counting votes! Please note that the voting sheets are not will be taken into account: -If there are corrections on the sheet (contact the organizers, and they will exchange it for you with a new one); -If the sheet contains ratings like 0 0 0 0 0 9 0 0 0, frankly saying that a person voted for himself or his group.
