   Today we interview the Chief Editor NICRONAlekseya (name 
refused to name), the Spectrum circles known under the 
pseudonym MDF HACKER. Because he is the founder and editor in 
chief NICRON'a, this interview will be mainly devoted to 
precisely this topic.
