   The author of the letter published below, not only 
criticizes, but also offers its own revision CDOS-modem

   For writing this article I have long hesitated to sit down, 
but the problem SPECTRUM in Moscow forced me to do it. 

   Many problems, and I can not relate to all, but I'll try to 
say about the basic ... 

    1.Setevoy Software


   Today uses two main programs: CDOS and EMS,

   Certainly, EMS provides a wonderful service, but it has
One weak spot - the criticality of the quality of the line, and 
work on 600 nice little (IMHO, the most reliable protocol), and 
therefore often used by CDOS. It would be nice to introduce EMS

the automatic installation optimum speed for the connection.

namely:

      heard about the 4-x! CDOS modems);
    5.Chastye glitches with the connection: the conflicts with 
other long Tami. 


   I have to CDOS-modem observed the following bug: in state 
OFF-LINE halts to "1" transmit - is constantly burning LED 
transmit, and line, respectively, becomes occupied. :-( 

   Thinking, I decided to make the lock port on the M1: a bit 
off the 1 st LL1 leg, hung 'sandwich' 555LA3 to 7 and the 14 th 
foot, on 1 st leg gave the signal that was on the 1 st leg LL1
