Hello! In a nice thaw noon on January 10 in Moscow
came to welcome the guests from Moscow, Obolensky. This report 
on the first meeting, held at my house on Saturday.

WB: Dime, tell us about your group, though in a nutshell!

IR: The idea was, roughly in 1995. There are only three: I, 
Steel Dragon, then the only encoder and organizer, is more

We live in Obolensk, a hundred kilometers from Moscow, 
approximately. Buses run frequently. Our group from the outset

was such that we have a clear distinction between the musician,
coder, artist. But the organizer, we formally as

WB: What were the situation with your entry into the network?

LW: No, just coincidence: there is a need and there was

WB: As we have recently known (people came from those

Sochi, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don. It is not excluded that this

LW: Not just the south, most of Russia is so! Serious

WB: We are here as organizers FunTop-and took the following

IR: Then write the text and send them to us!

WB: And, uh, to what point we can "slow down"?

LW: If you would have been summer, then another thing, and now 
correspondence between the people is very slow. I alone know, 
because all learn ... Go to the festival, we plan this way: 
first, to our Obolensk come our friends, and then we all go 
together on FunTop. In our environment, we have extended the

WB: What, in your opinion, groups, individual authors have
ready to go to the FT?

LW: They know all the people we write to. About ten groups.

WB: It's people who are not covered by the networks?

IR: Yes. Especially in remote regions. Unlikely to be able to go
guys from Magadan ... Financial problems, of course.

WB: It looks like we'll have to make adjustments to the rules 
of the Festival. 

IR: What is it?

WB: In the part where it says the mandatory presence of at
least one member of the group.

LW: Exactly! And their work, they let him send one of your
addresses. You can organize a PO Box.

WB: Already have.

IR: And do not mind if people from one team asked
people from other teams to submit their work. (Says Mitchell):
I myself come from Norilsk. Imagine if it had not been able to
