             General rules

- To participate in the competition with works created for 
boards   Forms: Amiga, PC and ZX-Spectrum

- Work made for Amiga platforms and PC, are estimated together
- Competition in each category will be conducted under the 
condition that 

  will be presented to two or more work
- Order of displaying works in the categories will be 
determined by lot - All works must be made specially for the 
competition - Accepted only have never been exhibited work

- Allowed the work, packed with archiving

  rar, zip, lha, lzx
- Videotapes submitted for the competition of animation and 
wild demo 

  the authors do not return
- Participant who takes the prize (1-3) in one of the 
nominations 

  in the competition, wins a prize
- Work is desirable prislat zaranee for testirovaniya and

- Last deadlines - for 60 minutes before competition
- Each participant must fill out the registration form for each

- 15 works in the nomination

- Prohibit the use of packaged samples

- Up to 128 kbps



  Graphics and Animation

- Prohibited any mention of the author / group
- Each work will be shown for 30 seconds + 10 seconds

- The maximum size of 1024x768x32
- Work must have at least 3 intermediate option
- Acceptable file formats are bmp, tiff, gif, lbm, jpg, png
- Only work done in 2D editors
- Prohibits the use of scanned images

- The maximum size of 1024x768x32
- Acceptable file formats are bmp, tiff, gif, lbm, jpg, png
- Desirable to have a source file editor, 3D
- Prohibits the use of scanned images


   ASCII chart

- Possible formats - 80x25, 80x50

- Possible formats - 80x25, 80x50
- Only static works


   Animation

- Any standarny format (fli, flc, avi, mpg)

   For information about Kazan


   Founded: 1177 - military fortress to protect northwest 
Bulgaria. 

   Owner: Bulgar king Ibrahim.

   Located on the east of the East European Plain near
the confluence of the rivers Volga and Kama. Kazan - the 
capital of the republic Tatarstan, a federal unit in Russia.


   Official currency - the Russian ruble.

   Distance from Kazan to Moscow - 797 km.

   Area - 324.5 square kilometers.

   It stretches from north to south - about 28, from east to 
west - more than 30 kilometers.


   The total area occupied by vegetation, reaches
1800 hectares. Has 13 parks, over 100 parks.

   Population - 1 million 869 thousand people.

   Ethnic composition - more than 90 nations and nationalities.

   Industry and transportation - more than 140 large 
enterprises and more than 70,000 medium and small enterprises. 
Port of five seas, big air, rail and road junction. The total 
length of tram, trolleybus and bus routes is 835 km. Planned to 
build a subway. 

   Education - every fourth resident has a higher or 
specialized secondary education. 185 schools with an enrollment 
of more than 140,000 students. 396 pre-schools, who attend 
55,000 children. 

   Science - more than three thousand doctors and PhDs. There 
is the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan. Kazan 
Center Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation.


   State awards - the Order of Lenin.

St. Petersburg). The historic city center is 1700 hectares
