DI-HALT'99 - The system of voting.

VOTING SYSTEM
Each visitor will be given a party
ballot paper about this
form:

All ballots will be
numbered and recorded so as to facilitate control over the
correctness vote. For each competition will need to enter in
the appropriate cell numbers work, which you awarded be the
first, second and third places. At the end of party steering

every vote for first place gets the job three points for the

REGISTRATION OF WORKS

RULES OF CONDUCT
