From the Editor - On changes in the magazine and its distribution.

         FROM THE EDITOR


 Welcome to the fifth issue
magazine "SPECCY". Editorial Board wishes all readers have 
passed a national holiday. A so we want to wish in advance

all students successfully complete their
examinations.


           Changes

 As you can see the shell
the magazine has not changed
compared with the fourth number. Little has changed 
registration in the content of the magazine, just implemented a
