   It was nice quiet summer evening (6/1/1997) to read fresh
ON-LINE 83, sitting in a provincial village called Samara. It 
was interesting to see the schedule of the Moscow BBS, read 
endless series ATM-TURBO and the end reach terribly funny 
section MOSAIC. 


   Well what can I say Sergei Novikov? Of course, it is good!

   In general, I am extremely pleased that Mr. MMA topic like 
nothing less than a timetable for the Moscow BBS, I even I 
would venture to suggest that in the next issue of the Samara 
electronic journal will appear similar section "Aphorisms" ... 
In any case, thanks for your letter, the phrases of which will 
decorate our new column. And that inspired Sergei Novikov of
