   Once again, I welcome all users to pages ON-LINE!


   Immediately I want to briefly inform you about what happened
03/02/1996, the landmark event - at the Council of the System 
Operator has been accepted and approved by the Charter of the 
telecommunications network ZXNet.



   Ugliness to an end, gentlemen users!


   The network is created not from a good life. Now, if you 
want to work in ZXNet, you have to register again. 


   Registration is as follows:


   1. Do you get on any BBS files: "ZXNetUst.B", "ZXNet.W",
"Nlist000.W" and get acquainted with the Charter, the structure 
and rules of the network. 


   2. If you believe that you will strictly abide by and adhere 
to the provisions of the Charter of the network you are calling 
to any BBS, incoming in the ZXNet, Unveils operator and get the 
network address. 


   If you are issued a network address, you will automatically 
be deemed to be registered at all stations ZXNet and can use 
any BBS network. At correspondence, if you send a file 
addressed to all subscribers to the network - it only send to 
the server where you have a network address. 


   3. System operators are responsible for each registered 
user, and they therefore you may be denied Registration for the 
reasons: 


   - Overcrowding site. Then you offer to call back on
another BBS;


   - You have previously proven to be undisciplined
and unwanted. Here you will only event (if any sysop can 
believe that you have corrected and issue under its 
responsibilities, the network address); 


   Cheating is no longer held. Of all registered users of the 
information is transmitted to all stations on the network. 


   For unauthorized appropriation of a network address and 
infraction of the rules of registration of correspondence 
followed by appropriate sanctions. Ill-formed text files are 
erased from the servers at once. 


   4. Once again. Read carefully the Charter and the model
Rules for Users! Two weeks later, the network is closed one
password, which will be made available to registered users 
personally by their operators Nodes. 


   The password will continue to change every week.


   A password will be distributed in a secret file "secret.W"
