   Hello to all readers of the electronic newspaper "ON-LINE"!!!


   Again before your next article STEVER'a OF CENTRONICS
CREW. At this time I decided to act, not very usual for me,
role - the role of the Sysop (which, translated into our native 
language means "System Operator"). And it all is that I now 
about a month I am a sysop BBS, whose name "ZX-MAGAZINE BBS 2.



   Already from the title it is clear that this belongs BBS'ka
edition of our computer magazine "ZX-MAGAZINE", one of the
members of which - I (STEVER). And, especially for the last two
weeks, I have seen enough of this on his BBS, that he decided 
not hesitate to fill small posts on the subject. Naturally, it 
comes to how some happy owners of a modem behave on the BBS. 
Well, they behave just a nightmare. Immediately however, a 
reservation that I mean not all users, and only the most not a 
good part of them. 


   For his notes, I chose two of the most "fertile" days on
BBS - 04.11.95 (Saturday) and 11.08.1995 (Wednesday). The first 
of these two days on my BBS rang about thirty-two people, and 
the second - ten (not so much, but Wednesday - the same not 
Saturday). 


   So, two days of life "ZX MAGAZINE BBS 2 "......


   04/11/1995:

   To begin with, that on this day, not every user
consider it necessary to include your telephone number (many 
put a dash). A comrade entered instead of their number 
"000-0000" (but the original was that his number is not 
identified even my AON). Another - a meaningful inscription 
"error" (I think so that he wanted to show the rate of brain 
development). But They were even flowers. Some did not leave 
any of yourself memories, but an hour spent on the server (they 
pointed to half of the disk, and sometimes the entire disk, and

connection, but when it came to upload anything to the server,

turning off the PC during connection). Fortunately, before the

that day. I was angry in earnest. It feels like people do not 
realize that's not for sysops pleasure BBS open, and for the 
common good. Angry with everyone, I sat down to write the rules 
with my BBS and decided to strictly punish any attempt to

   08/11/1995:

   At first everything went like clockwork (I even stopped to 
take offense). On BBS rang five people, all of them behaved 
quite normally and correctly. Trouble began when some "Nerd"

full of surprises and accidents. And all because of the 
carelessness of users BBSok. 


   I propose to hold the company to protest against the 
dominance of dial-up space like an idiot. After all, they just 
cripple normal relationship between a sysop and user. Their 
units, and normal people are dozens. To my knowledge, at this

"TIMEZONE" and companion, introducing instead a number

   In general, summing up in my notes, I want to appeal to
users who behave inappropriately on the servers: dropped the

   Below are published rules for the use of my BBS (I have

FEATURES AND METHODS OF FIGHTING FOR Hooligans BBS:


   1.Gospoda users, calling on my BBS, Be sure to include your

   2.Na BBS will now be drawn up blacklists for a particularly 
careless users. By the above include:

on the BBS (for me, they will only be able to download the

These will be punished in the manner specified in paragraph "a".



   d) People who call me are not at the time of the BBS

EVENING) These will be punished in the same manner as in 
paragraph "a", because they fall under the category of 
hard-core hooligans. 


   c) And finally, the people downloading from the server a lot 
of things, but not upload to the server is nothing (not 
counting those days when the server disk full of the eyeballs,

do not apply to malicious bullies and have a little more than 
half the normal user rights (Ie, they can download for

also fall in this list. Elite users have virtually unlimited 
rights on the server. They have the right to download for 
yourself all that they wish.

direct the work of my BBS, as well as your wishes about
those new programs that you would like to see, you can express 
in their own text files (call them "FOR BBS" or "BBSprogs").



   5.Vse their proposals, suggestions, feedback, etc, addressed 
to the editorial board of our magazine, you can also speak in
