CHARTS .INDEXED Here we are with second edition of the world's famous Scenergy charts showing the heroes of fall 1999. Some words about voting business this time. There were a lot of byelorussian voters and they voting was merely similar, so maybe that's the case byelorussians leading some charts this time. On the oth- er hand, they have shown them as active and really good speccy sceners in the last years, so the awards could be rather well deserved. Changing themes i would like to state some annoying point - why the hell you voters don't dare to read instructions of voting? I did write them in the charts chapter and i did state them in the header of each sheet, so it's not that hard, is it? Check out "Voting rules" this issue. The new category "Best journalist/editor" turned out to be succesful as i won. Nah, because there were enough people who fill- ed this and probably they are now looking at the authors of articles they are read- ing more closely. Only about half of votesheets were col- lected compared to previous issue, but it was done in shorter period of time, and there were also a couple of sheets left out due to arriving at Scenergy offices too late. These will be included next issue though. Watch more about voters in the "Charts statistics"! Small thing about charts format this time. It's smaller, no more number of voters, percents etc crap is here and only first ten entries are shown. Still, new thing invented is the second column showing entry's position last time. What's else? Nothing, just grab next sheet and do what you have to! your favorite charts slave, raver/phantasy
