ZX Spectrum ROM grab

Hai All!

Tell me how can I get a 128 ROM with a 128 BASIC out of my Pentagon?
A simple SAVE does not help either from the BASIC itself or from TR-DOS. In the first case, a standard 48 BASIC is written, in the second, TR-DOS is written. I tried to record on
tape from 128th, 48th was also recorded.
For those who don’t understand, this is the file in emulators that is 128.ROM

I have firmware from 93.
128 TR-DOS
128 BASIC
48 TR-DOS
48 BASIC

1. write from 0 to 16383 to the ram disk in 128k BASIC
2. clear 49151
3. load from the ram disk to the address 49152
4. in tr-dos write memory with 49152 length 16384.

Is the idea clear? :)
