How can I load and unload programs?

And so a lot of people struggle. Can someone, with the consent of the moderator, throw
into the echo the ZCOP program - (a copyer of Hobeta files into a disk image file).
I've been looking for it for about a year now :(.
If not in the echo, then say hello to whoever is good :).
