There is also a z380 16MHz 8/16/32 with a switchable bus width + interrupt controller +
clock generator + bus controller (5(?) ChipSelects) and addressing
up to 4 GB of page or linear memory with a subset of z80, but this is already quite
percent ;), and there are also 100 legs, like the z84c15.

Remove from PIO of z84c15. In general, the debugger is ready, even though it is the old avsimz80, because
it emulates not only the processor, but also PIO+SIO+CTC - that is, everything that is “poured into the bottle” of the z84c15. For the in-circuit emulator, you will have to take a ROM one,
last year we had versions with emulation up to 27512 inclusive in St. Petersburg
for 250 thousand, but now I don’t know, it seems to be connected to ISA-8, with software on a 1.44
floppy disk.

Emulate only through ROM, and debug on avsimz80!

A good C compiler is HiSoft, but expensive, there is a demo version lying around freely
but I didn’t download it.

They are not your help here, all of their tools are “tailored” to the Spectrum,
or rather to the Spectrum emulator (Shalaev, Yudin) ;)
Let’s say there is a cross-assembler by V. Mednonogov (the leading gamemaker of the Spectrum
“scene”, the last 3 games invariably held more than 4 months in every
year, the 1st line among the best-selling games). This year, CV-1 was sold
in 2 months in a very good number of copies, this is Warcraft redesigned, for the Spectrum-128.
And now many write single-pass C (generating assembler) compatible with this
assembler.
In reality, I have in my hands a very ineffective compiler a language that very
remotely resembles C (so badly flawed ;( ), but still gives working
(oddly enough:) code) - the author, St. Petersburg resident, I. Maznitsa. There are several free
C-ASM packages, which all "grow" from SMALL C per. D. Hendricks "Compiler of the C language for microcomputers, M.,“Radio and Communications”, 1989

Install the emulator on the record, if under DOS from 20 to 120K (on 486DX100 it turns out
21MHz Spectrum :), but their speed is regulated, AY is emulated on SB,
supports page memory up to 2M, 4TR-DOS drive on a screw, there is a
program for reading Spectrum floppy disks, but they are not read very
well, you have to cover half the index hole and slow down
with your finger ;( if under Vyndos - a little more, I don’t know how many, I don’t keep it (Vyndos). And use any assembler (GENS, as you guess now
is far from the best).
There are about a dozen cross-assemblers for DOS for z80, 2-3 more in conjunction with C compilers, there are, as I said, several debuggers, so There is plenty to choose from and most importantly - everything is free!

> It all depends on the task. And on the amount of code. Maybe it’s better for you to do this on older
AVR models (like 90S8515)? PWM is there, the clock speed is through the roof, there is also quite a lot of code memory... With debugging tools it may not be so good. (a new
product, but the reprogramming process is not too labor-intensive).
But where to buy it? We still haven’t received it ;), but the z84c15 is free,
yes, if anyone does.make an in-circuit emulator so that it plugs into 40n. or
for whom the peripherals are not enough, do not forget about the z84c00+ n-z84c70 bundle!

Andrew is that you?
...why did you tell All about zilog?

33Mhz IMHO.

maybe this is a broken version, but in my opinion it has legs more. either
168, or something like that.
Good Luck...
