Do you know about such a cool shell as PHTOOL ;)
When using it, you can at least keep all the files with the same name on the disk :)

I apologize for interfering, but there was also a beta-commander by Trubinov, although
there were fewer things there. And about rulez - this is CONVER COMMANDER (imho)
