Address, counter I don’t remember which one, but it was written first
regular DJNZ, and then an additional one, which is a counter, I
I don’t remember in a minute.

By the way, there is also LD (nn), (nn) ; JP (nn) and some kind of gimmick with the registers. + more EX rr,rr' EX r,r'.

JS> With best wishes, John.

Best regards, Denis.

uh-uh Maxim, you’re wrong here, firstly 80386 is compatible with 8086, and 8080 is closer
to Z80.
But the Z380 has all the commands of the Z80 because... command expansion is done by
using
the entire #ED prefix and through the #ED prefix, #CB.

Well, you still have to write software, but if you do it smartly it will be compatible with
Spectrum,then
at first you can use the old software.

25MHz is one of the options, Peters Z80 is forced to work at 42. ;-)

So everyone tells the Peters, give up, the Spectrum is dead, it won’t work out for you you,
and they are messing around with something ;-))))))

Glad I found you alive, Denis!!!
However, 09 Sep 97 you wrote something addressed to John Stunner:

Nothing surprising... Are there any bit fields “there”? Is there “there”, for example,
indirect addressing through memory with scaled post/pre-indexing? Well
or, at worst, addressing with post-increment/pre-decrement? How many registers are there? Batteries? Is there a fixed counter “there”?

With best wishes, John.

Glad I found you alive, Cyril!!!
However, 13 Sep 97 you wrote something addressed to John Stunner:

CM> Hmmm. As I understand it, this is a soft allusion to the Saxons/Rulez. The question is,

Are you mistaken? This is not a hint. DP just wanted, apparently, to surprise me with the presence
of some necessary commands and, perhaps, he would have surprised me if I only knew
Z80...

CM> why “there” (or “here”) there should be “indirect addressing through memory
CM> with a scaled post/pre-indexing"? I understand perfectly well what
CM> you are writing about (although there is no such addressing in a motor scooter, it is not like that

In a motor scooter it may not be the case ;) But seriously, the word
"scaled" is really superfluous, but it does not distort, but on the contrary
clarifies the type of address.

CM> is called - read the classics [IA = (bd+An)+Xn.SIZE*SCALE+od]), but
CM> tell me honestly, how many times have you used this yourself? Absolutely

To be honest, I haven’t written much at all under 680x0, but I have used such
addressing more than once. Well, addressing with post-increment/pre-decrement
imho is simply necessary.

CM> different architectures.

I don’t argue.

With best wishes, John.

ps: and on this note, let’s kill the flame that hasn’t started yet, okay? If I'm wrong about something, I'll be happy to listen to everythingмыле...
