UKV and Z80TRDOS emulators do this.

Unfortunately .z80->.$* is available only as a magic file :((
There is, however, such a lotion for 48 .z80 files (I don’t know which
version)

(well, as Slava advised on the demo for CV). Back (from hobeta to .z80) for example in the same UKV via a save snapshot, with preliminary selection of the snapshot format.
