Question about Khobet

From Roman Milukov To All 3 January 1998

Hello, All!
Tell me, is there a program that runs on Spec under TR-DOS to
convert hobet files ($b, $c) into natural TR-DOS? (I don’t have a PC).
Is this not hob_v1_9 by any chance?
Maybe someone has something similar?
(It’s better to answer with netmail).

All the best.
