From Andrew Litvinov → To All 2 April 1997
Hello Moderator!
...March 31, 97 Tony Pavlov and Andrew Litvinov were having a conversation on the topic “48
irons”:
TP> People, well, they should lather me some Vinny!!! I really want to!
Hey, (co)moderator(s)! Where are you? I ask for permission to upload the subject to echo (105k)
I wish you good luck!

Echo rules allow the placement of uencode up to 128K without prior
approval from the moderator.
Best wishes! Michael KLUG

It seems like it was up to 80?
2All: Well, then I’ll throw it! Catch... It works under the Shalaev emulsion!

It is useful to read the rules periodically.
============================================================================
Rules of the ZX.SPECTRUM conference, as amended on March 20, 97.
[...]
The ZX.SPECTRUM conference adopted the following :
- basic form: UUENCODE in sections of no more than 100-130
lines of archives received by _IBM_compatible_ (!) archivers,
files either in the Hobeta format (HOBETA), or in the most common tape/disk image
formats Spectrum
> emulators _on_IBM-PC_, or text ones. The subject (Subj.) of a message
> containing a uencode _must_begin_ (!) with [xx/yy],
> where xx is the uencode section number, yy is the total number of sections;
- placement in the conference of large (more than 128 kb) materials _only_
_after_ prior approval with the moderator;
===========================================================================
If you had read the rules in time, you would have formatted the letters with the uencode
correctly.
AL> I wish you good luck!

In what order should the files be written? Or does it not matter?
With best wishes,
Andy
