Turbo?

Question: I have subj on my penta. The diagram was taken from V.M.G. with a turbo I have
102000 clock cycles, in theory this is 7 MHz. But in the description it also says that it is possible to overclock as much as 14 MHz, is this really possible? And what percent should I hang there, it
says that only a high-quality GoldStar with the letter A will carry 14. So, this percent 14 won’t. Can you tell me something?
