Hello, Pavel!

Bye! Приятно было пообщатся Pavel!

I see...
MP> If you need it for debugging the OS, now I’ll come up with a simpler one.

Is there a mikruhi 62512 similar to the ROM? It will be a little easier this way. I decided to rework the scheme a little and improve it. I don't want to install an extra inverter. :-)
P.S. As far as I understand, 62256 is SRAM. But won't it be expensive? And
more. I would like to have the pin of this little thing. Because I’m still
far from a professional in hardware - this will be my first development.

It differs from 27256 only in the location of A14 and the presence of a recording
enable signal (legs 1 and 27):

What, exactly, is the problem? The ROM hardware is so easy to maintain that there shouldn't be any difficulties. Add statics to parallel and
port for switching. Well, write software, of course ;)

The last time I bought them in Mitino for 12 thousand. You can take the old three-ruble note out of the cache
.
FP> And one more thing. I would like to have the pin-socket of this little gadget.
Like Comod. I already threw it.

We did approximately the same design on Pentagon-128 about a year ago, although the device was switched programmatically via the port. It was possible, through
him, even from Isdos, to attach some kind of driver and connect these additional 16K to the RAM disk. The same was done to replace the main ROM
(they wanted to shove STS into it later...).
I used 84256 (there are also 43256) which are generally the same type of static
RAM chips, capable of storing information with the battery until it self-discharges (in
in practice, when used capacitor at 330.0 uF - storage time is about 2-3 days), although this requires some modification of the circuit (you can
look at the AOH on the Z80). They all have the same legs.

In a package with 32 pins.

Read - /CS=0 /OE=0 WE=1
