Tape2Tap, continuation of the topic

Not long ago I used a utility for copying a tape from ZX to a file on a PC. I immediately
warned that I did not test it due to the lack of tapes from ZX..
As I was already informed, additional documentation and a special
stub program for Win95 are required.
I am fulfilling these wishes - followed by archived documentation
(extracts from help) and a stub program in three sections uue...
